I provide specialist training to a number of teaching hospitals in London. I coach trainee medical professionals to help them to communicate more effectively with patients.

It is so important that frontline medical staff such as doctors, nurses, surgeons and anaesthetists have excellent soft skills. Communicating with patients is a crucial part of a medical professional’s role. They need to be sensitive, articulate, clear and concise when they are interacting with patients. My training includes simulating patient encounters and different scenarios so students can practice what I teach them in a safe and encouraging environment.
